What is Validol used for?
Validol is a natural product made from valerian root and menthyl isovalerate. Menthyl isovalerate, also called validolum, is the menthyl ester of isovaleric acid. It is a transparent, oily, colorless liquid with a menthol-like odor. It has a calming effect
Ingredients: One tablet contains 50 mg Validol or a solution of menthol in methyl ester of isovaleric acid.
Intake: Validol tablets are to be taken sublingually. That is, they should be placed under the tongue and completely dissolved. Do not chew or swallow the tablets. One to two tablets can be taken two to three times a day as needed. If there is no relief 5 to 10 minutes after the first dose, please repeat the intake. The daily dose should not exceed 10 tablets.
