I’ve been a regular customer of this company for over three years — their candles have always been of excellent quality, with fast DHL delivery, careful packaging, and very attentive service.
However, my last order was shipped via GLS, and the experience was disappointing: the parcel took almost a week to arrive, I kept receiving conflicting delivery messages, and the box was damaged and simply left in the hallway without being handed over.
The candles themselves arrived intact, but this time they produce a lot of soot and have a strong fuel-like smell, which has never happened before.
I hope this was just an isolated case and that the company will return to its usual high standard of quality and service.
